Andrew Corona is the visionary behind ARC Family Office.Andrew has successfully raised capital for sponsors across a broad spectrum of asset classes. Andrew's impressive track record includes over $455M in LP, Co-GP & pref equity commitments. He is also responsible for the launch of ARC's private credit division and managed $80M in loan originations for ARC on behalf of our family office clients.Andrew's expertise and dedication to his clients have earned him recognition as a "40 under 40" honoree by the San Diego Business Journal in 2021 and 2022.

Parker Schultz

VP of Business Development

Parker Schultz is a professional in the fields of commercial real estate and finance with dual degrees from the University of San Diego. With his expertise in underwriting and deal analysis, he specializes in developing value in ripe opportunities and strictly rejecting rotten ones.Parker uses his web of brokers, bankers, and investors to make sure transactions close and offers insightful and informed recommendations to clients. With ARC, Parker has underwritten over $1 Billion in deal flow for the first quarter of 2023, expanding quality asset identification and internal acquisition opportunities.

Michael Zau

Chief Lending Officer

Michael Zau is a seasoned mortgage and real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry.He has a proven track record of success in funding over 1,000 mortgages and acquiring numerous properties for his own investment portfolio. With a deep understanding of economics and finance, Michael is passionate about helping his clients achieve their financial goals. He also was an educator at local universities and became an investor just after 2008.

Pranav Bhakta


Over Pranav’s two decades as a global thought leader in the hospitality industry, he has negotiated over $3.2 billion in hospitality transactions including asset acquisitions and dispositions, restructurings, debt and equity financings, and new development projects (both ground-up and conversion).Pranav spent his early career as a Senior Advisor to the Trump Organization in their expansion into South Asia, an Advisor to multiple family offices in India, Singapore, and Africa aiming to grow hospitality exposure, and was a VP with Molinaro Koger. Pranav holds a Bachelor's Degree from University of California at Berkeley and an MBA focused on Hospitality from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Europe.

We specialize in financing commercial real estate projects in the lower-middle market across 47 states (excluding Oregon, Utah, and Hawaii).Our diverse team brings deep market knowledge and a keen eye for project feasibility. We assess the physical aspects, market trends, financial viability, and even political considerations. This comprehensive approach, coupled with our understanding of risk-reward dynamics, allows us to confidently serve a variety of asset classes.As a family office, we leverage our own capital to provide bridge, construction, land, reserve exchange and DSCR loans. This direct investment approach fosters a true partnership, fueling your real estate growth across the continental US.

Loan Criteria

  • Product: Construction, Bridge, stabilized Bridge, Reverse 1031 Exchanges and DSCR

  • Property Type: Multifamily, Land, Mixed-use, Industrial, Self Storage and single family homes (commerciail use only)

  • Loan Amounts: $1M - $20M

  • Bridge Rates: 10.99% - 13% / DSCR rates 6.50 - 8%

  • Term: Bridge 6 - 18 months / DSCR 5,7, 10 and 30 years

  • Leverage: Up to 80% LTC / 70% LTV / 60% ARV

  • FICO: 620 minimum (will work with lower scores on case-by-case basis)

  • Guarantees: Recourse & Non-Recourse

  • Origination Fee: 2 - 3%

  • Closing Timeline: 30-45 days (can move faster if needed)
